Vision: 
To mobilize and equip the church to declare God's glory among the peoples of Afghanistan.
 

Threefold Mission: CCA exists to:
Maximize Christian concern and mission action among Afghans; Transform Christian concern into transformational gospel ministry among Afghans; and Mobilize individuals and local churches for strategic field ministries.

Rationale:

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan is born out of a desire to shorten the gap between churches and effective field ministry among Afghans.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan exists to foster a plug and play environment between field needs and Christian workers and resources.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan exists NOT to create a field strategy, but to add weight to God-ordained field ministries.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan exists as a connecting point where Christians can explore opportunities and pray over needs for Afghan work.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan is expendable and only useful to the degree that field workers shape, invest in and guide the output.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan is most effective when her role is to under gird local church initiatives for greater involvement and strategic ministry among Afghans.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan exists not for itself or for any one church or individual.

Concerned Christians for Afghanistan is a gift from God given back to God, for Him to do with as He pleases.

Strategy:
To build upon the good will of the Western initiated liberation of Afghanistan by encouraging Christians both as churches and as individual professionals to offer services, resources, scholarships, training, infrastructure, consultation, and other services under the banner of a groundswell movement of Concerned Christians for Afghanistan.
