Lodging & Meals

Occupancy is determined by the number of people in a room ages 12 years old and older. There is no lodging cost for children under the age of 12 years.

Lodging Prices with all Meals Included:

Regarding children attending conference:
  • Children ages 12-17: Price is same as adults
  • Children ages 6 -11 years: $70 per child for meals during the conference.
  • Children ages 0-5 years: There is also no cost for meals for children ages 0-5 years with a paying adult. Parents will need to bring their own pack-n-play and bedding if desired.

Staying Off-Site Costs

Day price: $30/person one time fee for people ages 12 years and older. There is no day charge for children ages 0-11 years.
Day price with meals: If you choose to join us for lunch and dinner, add $40/person/day for ages 12 years and older.
Day price meals for children under 12: Off-site children’s meals are $10/child/meal for children ages 6-11 years old, and free for children ages 0-5 years with a paying adult.
